摘要:
高职院校专业社团对提升学生综合素质具有重要作用。基于对湖北省高职院校专业社团运行现状及其管理的调查，发现存在缺乏完善的社团管理体制、缺乏健全评价和激励机制、缺乏健全的社团管理制度等问题。在此基础上提出了建立专业社团评价体系和激励机制、完善社团管理体制及健全管理制度等解决措施。
Abstract:
Based on the significance of building professional associations in higher vocational colleges and the status quo of professional societies in vocational colleges in Hubei Province, this paper carries out an innovative research on the professional societies' operation and management mechanism in vocational colleges, and analyzes the status quo of professional associations in vocational colleges in Hubei Province. It points out the management problems such as the lack of sound community management system, the lack of sound evaluation and incentive mechanisms and the lack of a sound community management system. It also offers the following solutions: the establishment of professional society evaluation system and incentive mechanisms, the improvement of community management system and the management system.
