摘要:
先进典型教育是思想政治教育的一种基本方法，行之有效的先进典型教育有助于大学生的健康成长和全面发展。由于时代的变迁，人们价值观的颤变，加之大学生先进典型教育与时俱进不够，当前大学生先进典型教育困境重重。高校思想政治教育者应不断更新大学生先进典型教育理念，优化先进典型教育环境，科学开展大学生先进典型教育工作，才能让大学生榜样教育切实发挥其时代功效。
Abstract:
The advanced model education is a basic approach to ideological and political education. Effective advanced model education can contribute a lot to the healthy growth and all-round development of college students. However, as the time changes and people’s values vary, at present, advanced model education for college students is faced with various difficulties, due to the failure in keeping pace with the times. Therefore, in colleges and universities, ideological and political education staff should constantly renew the ideas about advanced model education for college students, improve the environment of advanced model education and scientifically carry out advanced model education for college students. Only in this way can model education for college students take its effect efficiently.
