摘要:
宏观经济系于微观企业，上市公司作为区域或行业优秀企业的代表，对减缓区域经济下行压力，促进区域经济发展，提高整体经济水平具有宏观战略意义。通过对西南地区217家上市公司的分布数量、产业布局以及经营绩效进行系统描述，初步分析了上市公司产业结构与区域产业结构优化的关联性；其次，利用因子分析法计算出各上市公司经营绩效综合得分并进行排序，深入研究了上市公司产业与区域产业转型升级的关系；最后，在上述研究基础上提出了合理调控上市公司产业布局，提高上市公司整体经营绩效，进而优化西南地区经济结构、促进产业转型升级的思路和建议。
Abstract:
In the micro-economy, the listed companies as representatives of the regional or industry outstanding enterprises have a strategic significance to slow down the regional economic pressure, promote regional economic development and improve the overall economic level. Based on the systematic description of the distribution of 217 listed companies in the southwest region, the layout of the industry and the performance of the listed companies, the paper analyzes the relationship between the industrial structure of listed companies and the optimization of regional industrial structure. Secondly, use factor analysis to calculate the performance of listed companies. Finally, on the basis of the above research, this paper puts forward the ideas and suggestions of rationally regulating the industrial layout of listed companies, improving the overall business performance of listed companies, and optimizing the economic structure of southwest China and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading.
