摘要:
近年来，大学生创业获得了前所未有的发展机遇。公益创业作为一种兼顾社会效益和经济效益的新型的组织形式，不仅拓展了传统创业领域，也能促进公益事业在青年大学生群体中有序可持续发展。目前高职院校大学生对公益创业了解不足，有一定意愿参与公益创业各项活动但有待提高，认为知识储备不足为影响公益创业最大因素。面对学生对公益创业了解不足、学校创业教育与公益实践结合度不强、社会外部环境支撑力度不够等现实问题，高职院校应从明确公益创业教育目标、优化公益创业教育课程、加强公益创业教育实践、完善公益创业教育保障四方面加强公益创业教育。
Abstract:
In recent years, college students have achieved unprecedented opportunities for entrepreneurship. As a new organizational form which takes both social and economic benefits into consideration, social entrepreneurship is not only expanding the field of traditional entrepreneurship, but also promoting orderly and sustainable development of public welfare undertakings among young college students. At present, higher vocational college students do not know much about social entrepreneurship, and they have a certain willingness to participate in the activities of public welfare activities, but they still need to be improved. The lack of knowledge reserves is the biggest factor affecting the social entrepreneurship. Facing a lot of problems including students' lack of understanding about social entrepreneurship, the weak combination of school entrepreneurship education and public service practice, and the weak social environment, higher vocational colleges should strengthen social entrepreneurship education from four aspects, namely, defining the objectives of social entrepreneurship education, optimizing the courses of public entrepreneurship education, strengthening the practice of public entrepreneurship education and improving the education guarantee of public entrepreneurship.
