摘要:: 在网络时代，两级传播论仍然有效，意见领袖在信息的传播中依然扮演着重要的角色。与传统意见领袖的思想活跃、看法有见地、社会地位高以及知识储备丰富等特点相比，微博意见领袖利用微博的平台具有了一些新的发言权特征，这些特征使不同类型的微博意见领袖发挥的作用扩大化、复杂化。在现代思想政治教育中，微博意见领袖的某些价值可为思想政治教育所用，思想政治教育也可扩大微博意见领袖的话语权，二者可相互配合，但在实际应用时应该注意若干问题。

Abstract:: In the network age, two-level communication theory is still effective, and opinion leaders still play an important role in the dissemination of information. Compared with the traditional opinion leaders’ active thinking, insightful, high social status and rich knowledge reserves, microblogging opinion leaders use microblogging platform has some new features of the voice, these features make different types of microblogging. The role of opinion leaders is expanded and complicated. In modern ideological and political education, some of the value of microblogging opinion leaders can be used for ideological and political education, ideological and political education can also expand the microblogging opinion leaders of the right to speak, the two can cooperate with each other, but we should pay attention to a number of problems in practical application.
