摘要:
顶岗实习是土木工程实践教学中的重要环节，针对高职院校顶岗实习的特点以及目前存在的问题，从专业实习关联性、顶岗单位要求、实习规范化等方面进行分析，根据社会对学生应用能力的培养需求，通过开展顶岗实习教学与管理的研究，提出从校企合作、集中与散点式结合方式、构建顶岗实习新模式的几点思考，制定完善的顶岗实习计划和大纲，实现顶岗实习质量的提升。
Abstract:
Replacement practice is an important link in practical teaching of civil engineering. According to the characteristics of the replacement practice and the existing problems in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the relevance of the professional practice, the requirement of the replacement practice company and the standardization of practice, as well as studies on the training and management of the students’ application ability. This paper puts forward some thoughts on the combination of school-enterprise cooperation, centralized and scattered points. Meanwhile, it builds a new model of replacement internship, establishes an improved internship plan and outline, and therefore achieves the quality promotion of the replacement internship.
