摘要:
高职院校学生干部是学校、院系和班级工作的骨干力量，其领导力教育状况很大程度上决定着高职院校学生管理工作的突破和创新，影响着高职院校依法治校治理能力和水平。基于广西N市三所高职院校的调研发现，当前高职院校学生干部领导力教育缺乏顶层设计，难以形成人才培养体系；缺乏课程支撑，难以满足人才培养需求；缺乏实践平台，难以提高人才培养技能；以及缺乏师资保障，难以支撑人才培养计划。因此，做好顶层设计、开发课程体系、搭建实践平台和引进师资力量，才能进一步提升高职院校学生干部领导力教育质量和水平。
Abstract:
The student cadres in higher vocational colleges are the backbone of schools, faculties and class work. The education of their leadership greatly determines the breakthrough and innovation in the management of students in higher vocational colleges, School governance ability and level. Based on the survey of three higher vocational colleges in N City, Guangxi, it is found that there is a lack of top-level design in the current leadership education of students in higher vocational colleges and it is difficult to form a talent training system. The lack of curriculum support can hardly meet the demand of personnel training. Personnel training skills; and the lack of teacher support, it is difficult to support the training of personnel issues. Therefore, in order to further improve the quality and level of education for cadres and leaders in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to do top-level design, develop curriculum system, build practice platform and introduce teachers.
