摘要:
相对于从教师或学生层面研究高职生就业竞争力，用人单位的需求评价更有可信度。通过半结构化访谈，厘清用人单位需求的高职生就业竞争力16个主要指标。采用主成分因子分析，识别出5个主要因子：学习能力、个人素质、工作能力、综合职业能力和专业知识。最后根据用人单位对5个主要因子的需求程度，提出相应建议，以期提升高职生的就业质量和高职院校人才培养质量。
Abstract:
Compared with the research on the employment competitiveness of higher vocational students from the teacher or student level, the employer’s demand evaluation is more credible. Through semi-structured interviews, clarify the employer’s needs of the higher vocational students employment competitiveness of 16 major indicators. Using principal component factor analysis, five main factors were identified: learning ability, personal qualities, working ability, comprehensive professional ability and professional knowledge. Finally, according to the degree of demand of the five major factors, the employer puts forward corresponding suggestions to improve the employment quality of vocational college students and the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.
