摘要:
高职商务英语专业因其学科的复合性而导致其面临着来自多个专业的的竞争,调查发现高职商务英语专业学生就业率整体尚好,但就业层次偏低,就业岗位技术含量低依然是比较普遍的现象,在与竞争性专业的竞争中比较优势并不明显,而竞争前景并不乐观。要提高高职商务英语专业学生的就业竞争力必须围绕着其核心竞争力的构建,通过提高其主要就业竞争力要素来提升其就业比较优势。
Abstract:
The business English majors in higher vocational colleges are faced with fierce competition from stu— dents of several competitive disciplines. According to this survey, the general employment rate is pretty high for busi— ness English majors. The employment quality which includes the technical contents of the job and the level of the posi— tion needs further improvement. Business English majors do not possess remarkable comparative advantage. To im— prove the employment competitiveness of business English majors in higher vocational colleges, their main competitive employment elements shall be enhanced to acquire outstanding comparative advantages.
