摘要:
我国旅行社在目前形式下亟待转型,计调业务在旅行社转型过程中对于产品升级和产品品质起着极为重要的作用。新形势下,旅行社呼唤计调人才,但计调人才状况不尽人意,存在着重使用轻培养、高端人才匮乏等问题。
Abstract:
The paper holds that the travel agencies in China are making an adjustment to the present situation. In this course, the travel operating business plays a very important role in the upgrading of tour products and product quality. Thus, it calls for more qualified tour operators. However, the problem is that the training of talents in this field is underemphasized, leading to the lack of leading experts.
