随着经济快速发展以及政策支持，特别是2013 年国务院批准的上海自由贸易实验区总体
方案要求提升国际航运服务能级，探索具有国际竞争力的航运发展剧变和运作模式。文章
详细综述了国内以及海南岛内邮轮行业的发展现状，运用SWOT 分析法对岛内构建邮轮
经济圈可行性进行研究，优势为海洋资源丰富、政策支持以及市场潜力；劣势为硬件设施
落后、消费认知有误区以及海洋文化认知缺失；机遇为政府支持，亚太市场前景看好；威胁
为人才缺乏，邮轮制造业薄弱以及邮轮航线少。建议加强邮轮相关配套设施建设，推进邮
轮经济发展国际化，以及
- Abstract:

The cruise tour has seen a gradual growth in China in recent years. There is a hot discussion on setting
up an economic circle based on cruises industry of Hainan Island. The paper summarizes recent development of cruise
industry in China. The SWOT analysis is made to examine the feasibility of constructing the economic circle. Some de—
tailed proposals are given for the healthy development of cruise industry of Hainan in the future.
