摘要:
通过剖析公民教育的概念及其性质，分析公民教育的基本途径及效果;通过剖析新媒体的 内涵及其特点，认为新媒体契合了公民教育的性质以及任务，在公民教育中可以大有作为。 同时，作为新兴事物的新媒体，其发展还未成熟，其管理还不健全，其行为还有待规范。在新 媒体在社会生活各个层面日益显现活力、凸现影响的当代，既要利用它们的优势进行公民 教育，又要防范它们可能给公民教育带来的负面效果。
Abstract:
Through analyzing the concept of citizen education and its property, the basic way and the effect of citizen education; through analyzing the connotation and characteristics of the new media, the new media corresponds to the task of citizen education. At the same time, new media as a newly emerging thing is not mature and its management is not perfect, its behavior is not regulated. So we take advantages of it for citizen education and prevent the negative effect of citizen education it may bring.
