摘要:
在“互联网+”背景下,由于网络招聘的广泛应用,人才的跳槽变得非常便捷和频繁。企业应该留住哪些人才以及如何去留住人才,这是许多企业广泛关注和亟待解决的问题。在构建出一套企业人才评价机制的基础上,对企业人才进行有效地识别和分类,以便企业采用富有针对性的留才策略,去留住企业优秀的人才。
Abstract:
Under the background of “the Internet plus”, due to the wide application of network recruitment, talent’s job hopping has become very convenient and frequent. What kind of talents should enterprises retain? How to retain talents? These are problems that many enterprises pay close attention to and need to solve urgently. Based on the construction of a set of enterprise personnel evaluation mechanism, it will effectively identify and classify enterprise talents, help enterprises to use retention strategy to retain the talents.
