摘要:
“中国制造 2025”战略将培养工匠精神提升到国家层面,工匠精神是高职教育之魂,以培养高级技能型人才为目标的高职院校理应承担培养工匠精神的教育责任。作为一种“不易被察觉”的知识类型,缄默知识以其独有的可支配性等特质,涵养了工匠精神的形成。缄默知识和工匠精神只有在实践性教学中才能得到最大“释放”,现代学徒制恰好提供了这样一种“展示”平台与场域。为发挥缄默知识的优势资源,提升工匠精神的培养质量,高职院校应致力营造倾听、平等与民主的教学氛围,建立自主、合作与反思的新型学习方式,以期满足缄默视角下的高职院校工匠精神培养的教育诉求。
Abstract:
“Made in China 2025” strategy raised the development of craftsmanship to the national level. While craftsmanship is the soul of higher vocational education,the higher vocational colleges aiming at cultivating senior skilled talents are supposed to take the responsibility of developing craftsmanship. As a subtle type of knowledge, the tacit dimension cultivates the development of craftsmanship with its unique characteristic of disposability. The tacit dimension and craftsmanship can only be “released” maximally in practical teaching, and modern apprenticeship system exactly provides such a “display” platform and field. To give a full play to the superior resources of the tacit dimension and improve the cultivation quality of craftsmanship, higher vocational colleges should be committed to build up the teaching atmosphere of listening,equality and democracy and set up a new learning method of independence, collaboration and reflection, so as to meet the educational need for higher vocation colleges’ cultivation of craftsmanship from the tacit perspective.
