摘要:
现阶段,高职课程分层教学大多是在个别课程中孤立进行的,不符合课程开发逻辑。课程开发的逻辑起点是行业、企业调研,根据调研结果确定人才培养目标。基于此,可将人才培养目标分解为胜任目标、适应目标和发展目标,从这三个目标出发对应地制定课程三个层级的标准。课程的不同层级对应不同的学分,学生可以自主选择课程层级学习和接受考核。
Abstract:
At the present stage, the hierarchical teaching of higher vocational education is mostly carried out in individual courses. It does not conform to the curriculum development logy. The logical starting point of curriculum development is the research of industry and enterprise. The target of personnel training should be determined according to the results of the survey, and it can be divided into the competent target, the adaptive target and the developing target. Three levels of curriculum standards should correspond with the three targets. The three level standards of a course should correspond to the three targets mentioned above. The different levels of the course correspond to different credits. Students can independently choose the course level to study and accept the assessment.
