摘要:
顶岗实习模式是校企双向参与、分段实行教育与培养,促使学生不断获取理论知识和实践能力的有效途径。当前中职学校学生顶岗实习中存在着许多不容忽视的问题,推进中职学生顶岗实习,必须深化教学改革,实施职业生涯规划,理顺校企合作关系,实现学校与企业共赢。
Abstract:
The placement program often involves not only the educational institutions but also enterprises. It can pro— mote the constant acquisition of theoretical knowledge and practical ability in the effective way. It is still the results of the constant improvement of vocational education. However, problems are found in the research in the placement program of— fered by secondary polytechnic colleges which can hardly be ignored. Thus, the paper urged a deeper educational reform. The relationship of enterprises and colleges in collaboration programmust be clearly defined so as to achieve win-win result.
