摘要:: 良好的产业基础、优惠的投资环境以及蓬勃的发展势头使得汽车零部件制造业已成为荆州市工业支柱产业之一。但由于技术相对滞后、投资力度偏小、研发能力不足、核心技术缺乏等因素制约了荆州零部件企业的进一步发展。政府要根据市场规律,优化产业布局,发展优势项目,支持重点汽车零部件企业通过兼并重组,实现跨越式发展。企业要加大技术及资金投入力度,强化自主研发,创建自主品牌,提高核心竞争力,全面进入国内整车配套体系,同时积极拓宽国际市场,加入全球采购平台,早日将荆州市打造成为国家级汽车零部件生产基地。

Abstract:: With good industrial basis, preferential investment surroundings and the vigorous development trend, automotive parts industry has become one of the pillar industries in the city of Jingzhou. However, the relatively back原 ward technology, lower investment degree, lack of research and development capability and lack of core technology hin原 der further advancement of automotive parts industry in the city of Jingzhou. The paper proposes that the government should, according to the market law, optimize industrial distribution, develop competitive program, support the major automotive parts enterprises to realize leapfrog development by means of annexation and reorganization. The enterprise itself should not only increase technology and fund investment, strengthen independent research and development capa原 bility, build self-owned brand, and improve core competitiveness to enter domestic vehicle matching system in an allaround way, but also should expand international market actively, join the global purchase platform to build the city of Jingzhou as national automotive parts production base.
