摘要:
全球知名企业宝洁公司颇具特色的育人模式，包括三全立体培训体系模型、课程设置及培训模式、员工考核及激励机制及讲师队伍及课程更新等，这些优质人才培养元素对高职教育有较大的启迪作用。
Abstract:
The paper sets out to examine the training program offered by the world giant P&G, especially its dimensional training modules, course provision and training mode, assessment and incentive system, lecturing faculty and course updating. The paper believes that these experience can give enlightenment to the reformation of higher vocational colleges.
