摘要:
退役士兵自愿参加培训的积极性不高，职业技能培训难集中；基础知识薄弱，还没有完全从传统的被动式教学模式转变为主动式学习模式。完善退役士兵再培训教育，创新退役士兵职业教育培训新模式势在必行。深入推进退役士兵教育培训工作，需要重视退役士兵安置工作、政府部门和学校共同搭建互联互通立交桥、制定专项政策约束退役士兵到校学习、保障培训经费和做好退役士兵就业工作。
Abstract:
Because the motivation of veterans is not high, it is difficult to gather them to have vocational skills training together. In comparison, their basic knowledge is weak, and they have not completely change from the traditional passive teaching mode into active learning mode. It is urgent and necessary to improve the retired soldiers’ training education and to innovative education and training mode. To further promote the education and training of demobilized soldiers work, it needs to strengthen the organization and leadership, government departments and schools cooperation together, formulate specific policy constraints of retired soldiers to the school to study, training and funding guarantee agreement and create the employment platform for retired soldiers.
