摘要:
由高职院校与企业共同组建、共同管理“厂中校”，是实现高职院校教育教学改革的一条有 效路径，能有效解决理论与实践脱节问题，实现工作与学习的融合、技能与素养的并重。武 汉软件工程职业学院环化工程学院“厂中校”的教育教学实践，将其单一的教学功能，拓展 为具有教育培训、师资提升、资源整合、技术研发、专业定位、文化对接等综合功能的平台， 丰富了“厂中校”的内涵。
Abstract:
Campus factories are usually built with the collaborative efforts of industry and colleges. They are con- sidered as one of the effective ways to bridge the gap between academic study and industry skills, integrate work into study, and develop skills and cultivate quality at the same breath. This paper studies the meaning and functions of fac- tory campus and suggests that colleges explore more out of it, making it more than a practicum platform but also a re- source for teacher training, faculty’s professional development, scientific research and development, research on curric- ular orientation and communication between campus culture and enterprise culture.
