摘要:
以中等职业学校食品生物工艺专业课程体系、高等职业院校食品生物技术专业课程体系为研究对象,在分析食品生产企业工作岗位、工作任务和职业能力的基础上,明确了中高职食品生物技术专业的培养目标,构建了中高职食品生物技术专业课程体系衔接框架。
Abstract:
Based on the curriculum system of food biotechnology in secondary vocational schools and the curriculum system of food biotechnology in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the workplace, work tasks and professional ability of food production enterprises, and clarifies the characteristics of middle and higher vocational food Biotechnology professional training objectives, to build a curriculum system convergence framework of food biotechnology professional in secondary and higher vocational education.
