摘要:: 工业遗产作为工业历史发展的重要见证，承载着诸多价值。然而，随着工业信息化与城市现代化进程的加快，工业遗产的保护和利用的现状不容乐观。运用SWOT方法，对武汉市工业遗产保护和利用过程中的优势、劣势、机会以及挑战进行分析发现，其具有价值底蕴深厚、政府重视程度高、“智库”资源丰富的优势以及国家对此顶层设计的加强和工业遗产旅游业的兴起等机遇，同时面临着工业遗存的完整性遭到破坏、专项资金投入相对不足、公众保护意识薄弱等劣势和趋利重商导致的文化传承载体被边缘化、部分工业遗产濒临消亡的挑战。因此，为提高工业遗产保护和利用的实效，应完善相关法律法规、树立工业遗产保护和利用的整体思路、明确工业遗产蕴含的价值，同时加强宣传力度、提高公众的工业遗产保护意识，从而实现保护和利用效率的最大化。

Abstract:: Industrial heritage, as a witness of the development of industrial history, carries a lot of value. However, with the process of industrial informatization and urban modernization, the protection and utilization of industrial heritage are not optimistic. The SWOT method is used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges in the protection and utilization of industrial heritage in Wuhan. It has the advantages of deep historical value, high government attention, intellectual support, national attention and the rise of the industrial heritage tourism industry, while facing the destroyed industrial Heritage, lack of funds, weak public awareness, cultural heritage was marginalized, and parts of the industrial heritage are dying. Therefore, we should improve laws and regulations, overall planning, clarify the value of industrial heritage, while strengthening the public awareness of industrial heritage protection, to maximize the protection and utilization efficiency.
