摘要:
随着各高职院校对就业工作的不断加强,“订单式”培养模式,XX 企业合作班日益兴起,从 而出现了“集装箱”式的就业,使得高职毕业生大批量的进入到各用人企业,一定程度上缓 解了就业压力,提升了各高校的就业率,但同时,新的问题也不断出现,比如,毕业生上岗 后,干不了几天,就辞职返校,更有甚者没有办理任何手续直接离岗,而集体返校的情况也 时有发生。这普遍反映出当前高职毕业生就业后职场适应能力的缺乏。从而根据这一现象 从中分析它的利害关系,挖掘深层次的原因,并找出相应对策。
Abstract:
With the reinforcement of employment work in every High Vocational College, there has emerged the “order form”cultivating mode and XX enterprise cooperation class, which results in graduates’employment of the con— tainer type. On one hand, it enables graduates to be admitted into different enterprises in large quantities, which has eased the employment pressure to some extent and risen the employment rate of the colleges, but on the other hand, it has caused some new problems. For example, some graduates quit their jobs and return to college only after a few days of working and some even leave their post directly without going through any formalities. The paper will analyze the ad— vantages and disadvantages based on this phenomenon, excavate its profound reason and find out the corresponding countermeasures accordingly.
