当前职业院校邀请企业来校现场组班的订单班组班模式存在着学生和企业相互选择的风险。实施企业推荐函组班模式,让学生组班前到合作企业短期实践,企业和学生充分了解后再做双向选择,若双方满意,企业可以推荐函形式推荐学生进订单班,把好进口关,降低双方选择风险,提高双方满意度,这种推荐函组班模式还有利于改善订单班学生区域分布不均衡等问题,也为推行现代学徒制提供思路。
Abstract:
At present,the risk of mutual choice still exists in the current on-site squad model of ordered class in which vocational colleges and universities inviting enterprises to come to the school and make decisions on site. The implementation of squad model based on the recommendation letters from the enterprise allows students to finish a short-term practice in the cooperative enterprises before entering the class. In this condition, the enterprises and students can fully understand each other and make a two-way choice. If both parties are satisfied with each other,enterprises can give a recommendation letter to the students and allow them to enter the ordered class. This squad model can guarantee the entering quality, reduce the risks of mutual choice, improve the satisfaction of both enterprises and students, and improve the imbalanced regional distribution of students in ordered class, which provides a new idea for the implementation of modern apprenticeship.
