摘要:
食品安全责任保险推广困难,投保率低已经成为我国的一个显著问题。虽然政府拟采用强制方式在试点地区要求食品生产、经营者投保,但是解决该问题的关键点还在于保险产品及保险模式的创新,符合企业及消费者各方利益的保险设计才能得到群众的认可。研究从政府、消费者、保险公司等多角度分析我国食品安全责任保险推广的现状、意义以及面临的问题,进而从不同的角度、据不同的发展模式提出可行性建议,力图提高食品安全责任保险的普及度,改善我国食品安全问题。
Abstract:
Difficulties of promotion and a low insurance rate of Food Safety Liability Insurance had become a significant problem in China. Although the government intends to require food producers and operators to insure by using the mandatory approach in the pilot areas, the key point to solve the problem lies in the insurance products and insurance model innovation. The insurance design which is in line with the interests of enterprises and consumers can be recognized by the masses. This paper will analyze the current situation, significance and problems of Food Safety Liability Insurance’s promotion from the perspective of government, consumers and insurance companies. Then put forward feasible suggestions according to different development models from different angles, trying to increase the popularity of the Food Safety Liability Insurance and improve the problems of China’s food safety.
