摘要:
大学文化是体现学校特色的办学理念、学校精神以及行为规范、物质文化载体的重要内容,对全面提高高等教育质量、促进高等教育可持续发展意义重大。针对高职院校文化建设的路径和机制,从高职院校的教育规律和校本属性切入,通过文献分析和案例研究,重点讨论了基于学校个性的高职院校文化育人机制,提出三维文化育人体系,并对其提升文化内涵、丰富文化层次、体现文化效益的功能进行深入分析。
Abstract:
University culture is a reflection of the college's characteristic educational idea, spirit and codes, and the carrier of material culture. It plays a significant role in improving education quality and promoting higher educa— tion's sustainable development. The research begins with discussion on the law of education and school-based charac— teristic of higher vocational colleges and accordingly examines the culture construction path and mechanism of higher vocational colleges. The literatures are reviewed and case is studied. After analyzing the college's cultural structure and discussing culture education mechanism based on individual character in higher vocational college, it put forward a three-dimensional cultural educational system and analyzes its functions of promoting cultural significance, enriching cultural levels and reflecting the cultural benefits.
