摘要:
现代职业教育是基于全球化及终身教育的理念，它对高职院校素质教育提出了新的诉求。 高职院校素质教育的价值观、概念内涵及目标定位，其认知的起点是素质教育及高校素质 教育实践。通过文献综述、政策分析和比较研究，系统梳理中外素质教育的研究成果，并找 寻启示，形成借鉴，廓清高职院校素质教育的概念内涵及教育特点，为“基于现代职业教育 的高职院校素质教育体系建设研究”奠定理论基础。
Abstract:
Modern vocational education system is established to fit into the globalization and life-long learning. It poses new challenges on the quality education in higher vocational institutions. The values, connotation and orientation of quality education need to be updated based on its practices. The paper reviews the contemporary literature on quality education, studies the relevant policies and conducts comparative study to sort out the findings home and abroad. It hopes to find out useful experience for vocational colleges in China to clarify the connotation and characteristics of quality education and lay foundation for the researches of quality education theories for modern vocational education system.
