摘要:
积极心理学在大学生积极品行的培育上对高校实践育人有着理论指导和应用价值。根据积极心理学所揭示的积极人性规律，想在实践育人活动中培育大学生积极品行，需要高校育人团队达成积极品行的实践育人共识，确保大学生的主体自主参与，尊重与满足大学生的积极人性需求，营造开放兼容、支持、关爱的育人氛围。在此基础上的实践育人才容易实现学生优秀潜能觉醒并茁壮成长。
Abstract:
The paper holds that positive psychology has a great significance and applicable value in fostering students’ positive quality. According to the regulation of positive humanity revealed by positive psychology, the faculty should reach an agreement in perception, guarantee the subjective participation of students, respect and try to meet students’ need for positive humanity and create an open, favorable, supportive and caring environment to bring out students’ potential and foster their growth.
