摘要:
网络招聘是随着互联网出现之后兴起的一种新型招聘方式,受到了越来越多企业的追捧。特别是IT企业,由于员工流动频繁的特征,使用网络招聘大大提高了人员补充的效率。但网络招聘也有不足之处。IT企业的HR,在进行网络招聘时,应做到了解岗位需求,差异化沟通,建好人才库。
Abstract:
the online recruitment is a new method of recruitment with the appearance of the internet and it has become more and more popular among the companies especially IT companies who have frequent staff turnover. The paper holds that the use of online recruitment greatly improves the efficiency of staff complement. But the network also has its own shortcomings. When recruiting online, the human resource management should understand post require原 ments and differentiated communication to bulid talent pool.
