摘要:
有效的绩效考核能够促进教师和高职院校的共同发展。将层次分析法运用于高职院校教师绩效考核之中,通过建立层级结构、选定影响因子,计算得出在4个一级指标中教学能力的考核最为重要。研究认为:在15个二级指标中,教学成果、教学效果、专业技术水平、获得各类发明专利、课堂教学、主持或参与课题研究以及教师的实训能力等7个指标最为重要,可以作为高职院校教师绩效考核的重要指标。
Abstract:
Effective performance appraisal can promote common development for teachers and higher vocational colleges. The article applies the analytic hierarchy process in the appraisal of teachers in higher vocational colleges. From establishing the hierarchy, selecting the impact factor,calculated at the level of 4 indicators we find that teaching abilities is the most important indicator. In the 15 second-level indicators teaching effectiveness, professional skills, getting all kinds of patents, classroom teaching, chaired or participated in the research and training capacity of teachers and others all these seven indicators are most important.
