摘要:
文章以湖北省15家高职高专学报2015年末期中文期刊参考文献为统计分析样本，经过认真仔细地核查，发现此15家学报中文期刊参考文献著录差错率在0%—100%，平均差错率为46.67%。著录差错出现的根本原因是由于作者和编者的责任意识不强。这些差错是可以减少和避免的。
Abstract:
This paper take 15 journals of higher vocational college in Hubei province the late Chinese journal references in 2015 as statistical analysis samples, found the error rate of 15 Chinese journal references is from0% to 100%, the average error rate is 46.67% after checking carefully, and the average error rate is 46.67%. The root cause of the description error is the irresponsible of author and editor. These errors can be reduced and avoided. At last, it put forward advice to reduce and eliminate errors.
